Our Story
We started baking bread for the health benefits — better digestion, real ingredients, nothing hidden. Once we started sharing loaves with friends and neighbors, the requests kept coming: "Can I order one?" That question turned into a bakery. Along the way, we fell down the fresh-milled flour rabbit hole, and eventually bought ourselves a Mockmill grain mill as a birthday gift — because once you taste bread made from flour milled the same day, there's no going back.
