We are a cottage bakery that delivers pre ordered bread, baked goods, and fresh milled flour/artisan flour directly to your door. We are located in St Petersburgh Florida.

We have "drop dates" to choose from. You choose a drop date, choose the items you would like to order and we will deliver the items on the drop date. Please contact us if you need to customize your delivery date.

We have a cut off time 2 days before the drop date because it takes about 2 days to milled the bread and complete the slow fermenting process.

Our milling timeline is we mill the flour the same say we deliver and the same day we make the items. All are products are made fresh. We currently use the following wheat berries/grains for our fresh milled flour - hard white wheat, hard red wheat, soft white wheat, spelt wheat, einkorn wheat, and kamut/khorasan wheat. All wheat is milled in our stone Mockmill 200 grinder.

We currently deliver on Thursday, but will be adding additional days to our schedule soon. Our delivery times are 4pm - 6pm. Free delivery for orders over $30, otherwise there is a $6.00 delivery fee.
